Disappointing. This is what happens when you hire kids to run your business without any customer experience training and have no accountability systems in place.
This is how our pizza was delivered and we were told (indirectly) that we'd be treated like any new call in and wait another 30-45 minutes for a replacement or come pick it up. When I picked it up they laughed at the pizza that I returned and offered a drink. The delivery guy obviously dropped the pizza. They didn't refund the delivery charge and I didn't think about it until later.
I will say our pizzas in the past have been good and the baked potato dinners are also good. This delivery experience was unbelievably bad. The three stars are given based on the past. If it was solely based on this experience they'd get 0 stars. -

This is probably the worst pizza on the USA. They use meat pellets instead of real chunks of meat.

We were looking forward to pizza and a movie. We ordered a medium bacon cheeseburger pizza. When we got home and opened the box, what we saw was not what we expected. Over cooked, and dry. I called to complain and was offered a redo but we'd have to drive back to get it. I asked if they would deliver it. Nope. They offered 2 dollars off our next order. Not worth it in my opinion. Now I get the average 2 star rating.
Jet's Pizza.. forgive us! -

Got a calzone and it was delicious. The bread was flaky and the perfect thickness, tomato sauce smooth and rich while simple, the vegetables were fresh and delicious.

My initial reaction to this non traditional pizza a few years ago was negative, similar to that of many posters here. However, tastes change over time, and this is now our favorite go to pizza.
This pizza has a thin, crispy, fully baked crust. We personally do not care for the under baked bread products you sometimes get at other establishments. The pies are lighter on the cheese, which we also prefer for dietary reasons. They have a flavorful slightly spicy sauce that we love. Yes, they slice the round pies into small squares, which seems odd, but we like it as it allows for easier portion control. If you are looking for a traditional pizza with tons of cheese, look elsewhere, otherwise give Sir Pizza a try for something different.
I'm also a fan of their breadsticks which are always fully baked.
